1. Return conditions. Return terms are 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the customer’s premises. A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
2. Return authorization. No merchandise should be directly shipped without having received a return authorization number from a L’Arsenal customer service representative. Please visit our website at www.larsenal.ca in the “Our Products/Return or Exchange Request“ section and complete the form (french).
3. Customer error. When the item(s) to be returned are a result of a customer error, it is their responsibility to bear the return costs. Such fees will be determined and billed to the customer.
4. Special orders. To meet the specific needs of a customer, L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer inc. reserves the right to refuse and/or to charge return costs for special orders.
5. Repairs. During repairs, it is the customer’s responsibility to assume the transport costs incurred, including the costs inherent in shipping to the manufacturer. An evaluation of the work required, and the materials needed will be produced. A quotation of the evaluation will be sent by L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer to the customer. If the quote is not converted into an order, the estimate costs as well as the costs inherent to transport will be invoiced to the customer.
6. Warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to assume all transportation costs incurred, including costs inherent to shipping to the manufacturer. The customer must ensure that tests have been carried out on the merchandise before shipping it to L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer. Upon receipt of the merchandise, an evaluation will be made to confirm the breakage or failure of the product. Warranty return conditions are also subject to product supplier or manufacturer conditions. It is required that warranty returns be sent to L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer at least 10 business days before the manufacturer’s warranty period expires so that the warranty can be honored.
7. L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer error. When there is an order error on the part of L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer inc., it is the responsibility of L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer inc. to assume the return costs.
8. Manufacturer/supplier error. When there is an error from a manufacturer or supplier of L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer inc., it is the responsibility of L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer inc. to assume the return costs.
9. Breakage/wear. If the merchandise returned is worn or damaged, L’Arsenal/CMP Mayer reserves the right to evaluate the damages to determine the loss incurred and to invoice the customer.
